Chicken Chili

Recipe from a girl in my sister's small group:

Chicken Chili

4 chicken breast - boiled and shredded (can also use canned chicken)
1 pkg - McCormick chicken chili seasoning
1 medium onion - chopped
1 can tri-blend beans - black beans, pinto beans and kidney beans
1 can great northern white beans
1 teaspoon - garlic paste
1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of celery)
4 cups of water
Salt/Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours or put in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours.

Optional toppings:
Chopped green onions
French-fried onion straws (like used with green bean casserole)
Sour cream
Shredded cheese

{I plan on adding a can of Rotel, and maybe an extra can of black beans.}
